Alternative case cleaning method

Has anybody tried a load of brass in a solution (don't care which solution) in a regular vibratory 'tumbler' to see how it does? Does it shake around enough to move the brass?

It most certainly will move cases around.

But very few vibratory tumblers are designed for, or sealed well enough to be used with liquid.

And if it leaks, guess where the motor & electricity is?

HF sells tumblers that are sealed. I've done a spot of dish soap & water several times. If mud is packed inside it works well for cleaning them up.

My Thumbler's Tumbler would be sealed enough, but the dry media mix of corn cob and walnut does a great job
