Aluma Hyde 2 question

I am looking at doing my first aluma hyde spray job, and and am wondering if it sticks to plastic/wood very well? Also is there good consitancy between the colors of brownells gun kote and brownells aluma hyde??

I am curious as well as to the differences between the two.

I am also thinking of coating some AR mags with Aluma Hyde 2 and then doing a direct comparison with Norrells Moly coat and seeing which holds up better....

If we can I'd love to keep this topic alive and find out a bit more.

I repainted the stocks on my G3 with Aluma Hyde. Seems to be pretty durable so far.
