Who tried this combo out in the early 80s? I remember putting on an Armson occluded eye sight on a CAR around then too, But the weaver Quick point was a child of the early 70s, certainly the first fiber optic red dot. On this 100 series ,44 Deer Stalker it is deer or pig accurate to 50 yards, very quick and works in any light or ,jacklighting!
I took it off last year to put back the K2.5x Weaver post as it is much more accurate than that 10 MOA red dot!

No your not the only one there are two of us. I still have a British made Single Point occluded eye sight on a Cetme. It looks well made also and has its own serial number.

Mine works well but it was designed for close range and fast shooting on shotguns. At 100 yards the red dot is large enough to cover a hub cap.

I picked mine up at a gun show for $10. That was the first time I looked into a sight like this. The seller didn't know anything about it either and we spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to use it.

No, I have one from my father. He had it on a Glenfield 9 shot .22 LR. Shot it many times when I was a kid.

It is not on a shotgun as mentioned. My father has it on one of his shotguns.
