Does anyone know how this gun compares to the Beretta 92?

Lately I've been wanting a beretta 92 clone. The Taurus pt-99 looks nice, but this gun runs over 150$ less at CDNN than the Taurus.

Specifically, does anyone know how reliable this gun is, or how the trigger compares to the taurus or beretta?

I saw one of these at a gun show for something like $350. I think the guy said that everything but the slides would interchangeable between those and a proper Beretta. For that price it's at least worth checking out. The guy also said something about the hammers either being Bereta hammers, or these hammers being made for the beretta under contract.

I used to have a Beretta 92FS. I took a look at one of the ATI guns a couple months ago. Honestly, if they marked them "Beretta," you wouldn't know the difference. The ATI actually has more metal parts than the Beretta as well (parts which are plastic on the Beretta are metal on the ATI).

Well how'd the trigger compare to the beretta?

I've felt the beretta DA trigger before. It impressed me a bit. It was smooth, crisp, but pretty heavy. Maybe I'm just easy to impress when it comes to DA triggers because most of my experience with DA triggers is the CZ75, S&W J-frame revolvers, and the walther ppk/s

I have looked at these for USPSA and the reviews seem to be good/moderate.

I just have too many things id rather spend my money on at the moment.
