I had some bad Winchester primers and some bad primers in Winchester factory ammo about 20 years ago. Besides that, I can probably count on one hand the number of factory centerfire rounds I've had- missing primer pockets, primers upside down or sideways.
Not enough to worry about, but another reason to do some malfunction drills.
