A .338 would be more reasonable than a .30, but either one would still be a little bit ridiculous.
That's just way too much powder pushing a small projectile - I'm not sure what it is that you would gain by doing it...
...the projectile is too small to be much use past 1,000-1,500 yards, unlike a .50BMG that weighs over 600 grains and has enough mass to effective at extremely long ranges, you might as well stick with a .338 lapua.
...as already mentioned, good luck finding a powder that is slow burning enough to take advantage of that large of a case.
...how fast do you expect this thing to go? to achieve the hyper-velocity momentum that the .50BMG casing would provide, you would almost surely exceed safe pressures = kaBOOM!
...also, this project would tie up lots of cash.
