I bought some of the new Energizer E2 Lithiums a while ago...

They work great in my digicam, and have lasted a lot longer than the old alkaline batteries.

I was thinking, I wonder how long Sam could chug away at his postings if he were running on a set of them?

Humm, you won't see quite as much of me. When TFL ended I did a soul searching and found:
1) I was far far far far far far too long winded. I made all my posts much longer than they needed to be. I explained the same thing in multiple ways. Things I could have said once in one way I kept saying over and over. I wasn't nearly as concise as I could have been. I just droned on and on.
2) I posted on threads that didn't really say anything or on threads where I didn't really have anything to say.

Those got me both long posts and 1200 posts in one year. Well, this time I'm not going to do it.

I was on TFL for years and averaged .4 posts a day. I was just doing some searching over there and realized that I'd actually registered 3 times! I suspect that I'll write far more than one post every two days on TFR but doubt it here on THR.
