This one says, MANUEL ESCOOIN EBAR SPAIN on top of the barrel.

There is P.N. stamped on the frame above the crane.

Under the cylinder latch is a shield with what appears to be a bullseye target with maybe some writing, under the shield on the left bottom is what looks like a number on the right it says U.S. patent office.


It has what appear to be mother of pearl grips but are probably plastic.

It is rather nicely engraved.

That's a Spanish copy of a Smith and Wesson. There were many shops in and around Ebar Spain making them.

I don't have a reference book handy, but I belive the name is the maker or owner of the shop.

That's what I figured. These Spanish copies are interesting, but their quality varies and there isn't a lot of collector interest in them.
