Well the last time I got some help from you guys on my FAL Rifle, I learned that my upper was Metric, I now need your help again. I think that my lower might be Inch Patern, my pistol grip has a metal tang in the front of it, with a screw in the front bottom of it. Will the But Stock fit both types rifles or is there a difrence?.

No, the Inch Butt stock is different and not readily compatible. The pistol grip most certainly sounds like the inch-pattern. The inch and metric lowers are different in many ways. This matters especially with the sights (is your rear sight folding or not?). The rear sight heights are different between the two styles. If you change out the lower, but it has a metric rear sight, you will be okay. If you have an inch rear sight and an inch front sight, but replace the inch lower to a metric with a metric rear sight, your sights won't be true.

What about the forearm? is it the same on both, or are they diffrent and in what way? and who makes a inch butt stock for the FAL?.

Forearms do interchange. If you have a metric upper, then you can have just about anything. If the upper is inch, then Israeli handguards won't work as well.
