Another stellar performance by HK Customer Service.
I sent my HK P30 for a general going-over after owning it for several years. Travis at HK gave me an RA and I sent it to Columbus. Two days later I got a call from Sam who explained what he did to the pistol and why he did it. Travis then talked to me to verify to see if I was satisfied. The pistol was shipped back that day and on day four I have the pistol back in my hands.
This is nothing new. I have been dealing with HK CS since the mid-nineties when they were in Sterling, VA and I have always had great results. I have to admit that Travis and Sam are the most personable and concerned folks I have ever dealt with in the the gun business. They really make me feel like buying yet another HK product.

It seems as though the majority of HK CS posts I see are negative so I pleased to see a positive experience. With your description of their service I dont know how they could ever be bad. RAs done quickly. Phone calls to you from them. All in 4 days to boot.

They must not have realized he was an ordinary civilian. Hope they loaded the magazine correctly before they test fired it. (j/k) Seriously, H&K makes good products. It's the unwillingness to sell their most desired products to the civilian market that bothers me.
 
I've heard nothing but good the last couple of years coming from people using HK's service department. HK has produced a remarkable turnaround in this respect.
