Why do I ask? The proposition has been put forth that all sorts of people are losing their gun rights because they are being convicted of felonies for engaging in activity which a normal person would think was perfectly legitimate.

So here's the deal. All I'm looking for is a simple poll response. I don't want to know who you are, or what you did. I'm simply curious to see if this is an epidemic as certian people suggest.

Please vote accordingly.

Maybe you should make a poll then? I also doubt anyone here would admit to being a felon. BTW.....IBTL

The NICS system once considered me a felon because the trial court committed an error and failed to enter into the records the anulment and dismissal of my case. After I contacted the clerk 's office to correct their records I was able to apply for a VAF number through the FBI. Getting a VAF number is much quicker than waiting for the NICS system to update information.

I'll pass on being a felon I like to obey laws for the most part! Sometimes I do take those tags off of my furniture and pillows! Muhahahaha!

1) Most people aren't likely to respond, even if the law they broke was a victimless one. You know, since that would kind of create a searchable record that appears on t3h intarw3b.

2) Through the wording of your post, you've shown that you've already made your mind up.
