Depending on what you need, there is a smith in Joes in Roseville, and I believe I heard mention of a smith tha works through drop off at Capra’s in Blaine

I’ve had simple work done at Osseo Gun Club. Fixed a Buckmark I had “improved” in a negative way and installed a sight.

I have not used a Gunsmith is some time and that was to drill and tap a front sight.
