Any Single Shotaholics

Hi I am new to this site and was wondeing if there are any other singl shot pistol shooters here? Have 2 xp 100's: one 7mmbr and one 35 Rem. Have about 30 contender barrels and a couple encore. Would love to hear from shooters with similar addictions.

I have been in and out of Contenders for 30 years. Finally got it down to one 5 digit s/n frame and a few obsolete and wildcat barrels. Great guns, very effective and fun.

My favorite 'deer getter' is a contender in 30-30. VERY accurate gun and, with good placement, will kill deer dead on the spot.

I have 20 barrels and a couple of frames for my Contender.I don't have a big collection but it covers every thing I need.

I love my Contenders. The 357 maxi is my fav deer getter, the 223 goes with me to the pasture for coyotes and groundhogs,and the 45/410 goes with me when ever i go fishing.

I used to have a Contender with a .223, .44 mag, 410/.45, and .22 hornet barrels.
I ended up selling it to get the Encore.
