I'm looking for value information on a Thompson/Center pistol set I have.
It's an early model Contender with .44 Mag and .357 Mag barrels in the manufacturer's custom-made box. The .44 barrel is 8 inches with muzzle break holes and threaded to accept a hot-shot choke (included), the .357 is 10 inches. Both barrels are blued, octagonal, with adjustable sights.
The gun has been fired, but not by me so I don't know how much, but is in excellent condition.
S/N is 161xx which means it was made between Jan. and June 1971. I have a copy of Blue Book of Gun Values, but I can't find this particular set in the book.
I'll have photos posted tomorrow; I'm at home using dial-up.
Thanks.
