2nd is a Colt D.A. 41 in .41 Long Colt Mfg. in 1902.

Has it been rebarreled or did you really mean .250 Savage, aka 250-3000, which was the parent cartridge for 22-250? I have one in .303 Savage made about 1911 or so.
