Was at the local Cabela's yesterday getting reloading stuff and saw that they had an FN .45 in the case. I handled it and liked it a bunch. Excellent fit and finish, excellent checkering on the grips, excellent three dot fixed sights, and comes with two 14 round magazines and one 15 round magazine. The one they had in stock was the USG model that can shoot DA/SA and be carried cocked and locked. Felt much better than my M&P .45 or my Glock 21SF. Not trying to sound like a commercial, but it fit like it was molded to my hand.
Any High Roaders have one of these? Can you tell me the good/bad/ugly about it or provide a range report on its accuracy? I did a search, got a lot of folks saying it was a good gun or a bad gun, but nobody would explain why it was good or bad .
Thanks in advance,
