My everyday jeans make a pocket firearm more obvious than I'd like (yes, with a holster), so I've been looking at some of the options in jeans designed for pocket carry. I'm thinking about some CCW Breakaways to try out. Anyone have experience with this or similar products?

Tru-spec 24/7 pants have AR mag pouches in the cargo pockets. I can carry my Springfield XD-S comfortably by inserting the muzzle and trigger guard in this pouch, without a holster. Holds it securely, and the Velcro top flap keeps it in place.

get a holster
I have multiple holsters for all of my handguns. I also like to pocket holster in the front pocket with these pants, when I can leave a shirt untucked. A couple of comfortable IWB, and a Blackhawk Sportster OWB. But, when I am just running outside for a minute, or when I have to keep my shirt tucked in (i.e. work), I use the cargo pocket. It is the least-utilized way, and definitely not my preference, but, sometimes, it suits my needs of the moment.

If you are willing to change your fashion choices a little bit, pleated-front canvas pants (Dockers, for example) do a nice job of hiding a pocket holster.

I wear 511 pants every day. I have a couple of different pants, some more dress. None with cargo pockets. I can stuff a lot of good items into these 511 pockets and few people would have a clue.

I have a pair of Woolrich's concealed carry pants and cargo shorts. A little on the baggy side but very comfortable to wear. Carry pockets are secured by velcro along the inner seam to effectively keep the gun in place and out of sight.

AZAndy, have you thought about/tried just a bigger size in your jeans? Maybe a little baggier than you'd prefer, but may be the simplest solution.
