Anyone ever shot "crazy quail"?

This is a game Shot on a trap&skeet combo range. Two shooters stationed on trap line 2 and 4 at 22 yard line. you can only have 2 rounds in your gun at a time. birds can come from any of the 3 houses in singles or Dbls. The puller listens to a recording and pulles what is called, there are slight differances in timeing.

This is loads of fun, low house followed by a trap, then trap, trap dbl high house, etc. You really have no idea where the next bird will come from and have to be ready. Plus the combo of crossing and leaving shots can really test your skill. Remimber you are a good 5 yards closer to the skeet houses and at the mid point on trap.

Don't know what made me think of this game but was wondering if anyone eles has heard of it.

There are many versions of similar games - we have done a game where we had 2 machines up and behind and a pair was launched every 4 seconds ready or not. We also do a quail walk where you walk across the trap/skeet field and random targets are launched - lots of fun!

I haven't played that game, but it sounds fun. I have played Skrap or Chinese Skeet. We have a wobble trap under the pin on the skeet field and shoot it from all the skeet stations. You have to hit two from each station. Whoever can get the farthest wins.
