Moderators, before you bleepcan this message, hey, I generally TRUST folks on this system. That speaks something right there...
I need to get outta my apartment. Been giving about $400/month to a landlord since 1987. I can't put a nice heavy safe in, and I'm worried that the place is gonna get ripped off. Want to get a place with enough square footage, and maybe where I'm able to put in a workshop area...
Besides, if I save money on taxes, etc., I'll be able to shoot more.
So, hey, anybody in the $$ bidness in the St. Louis area?
