Anyone know anything about this barrel pressure and bullet velocity spreadsheet?

Ever get curious about something, start an internet search, and wind up somewhere you've never been before?

This has been around for a while (Feb 2012), so I have to think someone here has seen it before.

I thought it might be interesting to compare it to some published reloading data. I can think of lots of things it doesn't take into account, since there's a lot you would need to know in order to calculate an accurate value.

Also, I have Not done anything with the spreadsheet. I did download it, but I don't plan to open it until I'm ready to sandbox it. I do have an old laptop that I'm thinking of nuking (it hates Windows 10), so that might be a good place to check it out.

They have done a bunch of testing, cutting an inch of barrel off at a time... one could gather that data and put it in a spreadsheet. Most of those tests are one shot only, so not the best data set but at least representative. The first one I watched was 22lr which clearly shows longer is not better in a rifle.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like it might be kind of legit.
