They used to be all over the place. I thought they'd be easy to find. No dice. YOUNG clerks at optical places look at me like I'm crazy.

They just clipped on the bridge of ANY glasses.

My ...plan.... was to see if I could get a few of them and insert my replaceable lenses from my shotgun glasses so they could be installed on ANY glasses and not have to pop them in and out of the frames but just clip em on whatever lens I have on. Shatterproof and colored.

I think it would be convenient.

??????????????

Edited to add: I think I answered my own question while typing it.
I've been calling them "flip-up" instead of "clip-on"

I find em all over the I-net under "clip-on"

:)

You mean chop 'em up and clip them to your scope?

(Good idea there, cut down on the glare) ;)

I could probably sell you all you want at $10 a pop, but you will do better going down to Wal-Mart or similiar discount stores and finding the racks where they sell the nonprescription sunglasses.

I am wearing them on my present glasses and this is where I am finding them. Usually they are on the bottom of the turnstile racks.

As a plus most I have purchased have been made in USA.

You can also often find them in the sporting goods section at Wal-Mart, around the fishing gear. That's where I generally get mine.
