Not much talk about the Ruger LCRs on this forum. Maybe because they were aluminum frames, until recently. I just visited the Ruger website and it looks like they are coming out with a steel framed LCR 5-shot .357 magnum version, due out in June.
The barrel is just under 2 inches and it weighs in at 17oz vs. the spurred 2.25" sp101 which weighs 26oz.
Does anyone care to speculate how this gun will hold up to magnum loads?
