Good stuff never had any issues with it, its the brass I look for if I buy new and its fairly priced.

Anyone using Starline brass

I have used Starline brass to handload 9mm Largo (Spanish 9x23) and .38 special. Found it to be of excellent quality.

starline brass

Bought 500 pcs 357 mag nickle plated, loaded them, shot them, reloaded them again. Will shoot them soon, and start all over again. Not any problems with Star Line .

been using starline in .44 mag for about a year now. very consistent brass. fully intend to begin using it in any other caliber i need to buy brass for.

I will echo what others have said, Starline is excellent brass and reasonably priced as well. I have a few thousand Starline cases in .357 and .40, they are my default go-to outfit unless they don't make it.

Just got geared up for 38 Super. Asking price for used was more than new direct from Starline. Very good and consistent brass and a few dollars per hundred less than any other brand I have looked at. Also easier to get.

The only brass I have for .44 Spl., is *-*. I bought 100 of the nickle plated, and found it to be very hard to run through the sizer even with some Imperial wax. I doubt if I'll ever buy any more nickle. I've never had a problem with new or used *-* brass though. :)

starline in 44mag and 9mm great stuff. had some winch 44mag brass that was hard to get in the shell holder but the starline fits great. i guess the shell holder was bad. seems qc is the first thing that gets stabbed when a company like winch cuts costs:mad:

Howdy

One of the nice things about Starline is they make brass that nobody else makes anymore. I have Starline brass for 44 Russian, 45 Schofield and 45 Auto Rim. I have also used their 45 Colt and 44-40 brass, although I prefer Winchester when I can get it.

I'm not all that picky when it comes to pistol brass. I've learned it's best to not develop any kind of attachment to it, emotional or otherwise. Because I know it's likely I'll never see some of it again after running it through my very efficient semi-auto brass broadcasting machines.

When it comes to revolver brass, now that's a different story altogether. My revolvers get nothing but the finest. So in answer of your question, yes, I use Starline brass.

I have used most brands of brass available and can say that STARLINE brass has performed every bit as good as any other brand. It usually runs cheaper than RP and WIN as well. I also believe their quality control is better than most. I have never found a bad piece of virgin brass.

WOW !!!!!
Looks unanimous.
I called them right after i posted this and i got REEEAL lucky that they had 1000 pieces o' .45 LC in stock.
I didn't wanna be gready so i ordered 500 of 'em and hope to have 'em this week.
Thank you all so much for your reponses and positive feedback.

I’ve got about $900 worth in .45-100 (2.6”), .45-90 (2.4”), .40-70 (reformed .45-90) and .45ACP. The only issue I’ve ever had was with BP loads in that the brass was a little too hard to give a decent chamber seal. Once annealed its fine.

Loose noose said it - best brass in my book. Lots of my 10mm inventory is starline.

When I began reloading someone put me onto Starline brass. I bought 2,000 pieces of .38 spl brass almost 25,000 rounds back and it's still going strong.

I try not to buy new brass, but in the case of the 38 Super I did.
I noticed right off that it is factory-trained to run and hide when it hits the ground! Seems like I spend about four times as much time looking for 15¢ brass than I do for free brass.
