Anything special to know about the SR9c?

I know what you mean abut the trigger feeling different on the SR9c but I got use to it very quickly and liked it the best over other striker fired pistols that I tried.

So far, dry-firing, it's nicer than the other striker-fired guns I've tried. Of course, I haven't been shopping through those for a handful of years.
As long as it doesn't change from what I feel now, it's pretty nice. If it does change but it's accurate and reliable, I can get use to it.
It's a carry gun, not a bullseye gun.

I can't say enough good about the trigger.

About 2000 rounds through mine. Doesn't like mil spec primers, but that's the only issue experienced. Great ergos, minimal recoil, more accurate than me, and well priced.

Range update: A couple hundred rounds of Remington and Federal FMJ and some Federal HST through it without a hiccup. Trigger's worse than the CZ's SA but much nicer than its DA, and the recoil is smooth for a gun this size and lacks notable muzzle flip.
At 5-7 yards, it did shoot maybe three inches or so low-right. A couple clicks counterclockwise on the height adjustment, and drifted the front sight to the right--only about .05" so far; that thing's in there snug--might help fix that for next time.

Okay with an empty mag in, not without.
The different between the striker hitting the end of the channel vs. the little ridge on it smacking into the mag disconnect.

Also, double-checked the targets. An inch and a half, maybe two low-right. So the tiny adjustment doesn't bother me as much.
