AR-15 reliability

I have had relentlessly great customer service from S&W. It's never been clear what their position is on used guns, but it seems to be "don't ask, don't tell".
I've sent them some used revos, and they have been repaired without question.

I would send it back to S&W and probably never use that gunsmith again, if what they said is true it is still not fixed pmc ammo is ok and you can use another magazine to check but sound like a bs answer to not fixing the problem.

After oiling the crap out of the bcg, today I took the problem AR to the range and fired 60 rounds flawlessly. Ejection angle was about 4 oclock. So the lubrication appears to have been the problem. Now I know to oil it more often. I feel good that I figured it out with all your insight.

I think they added a little, but it definitely wasn't "wet", as one comment stated that AR's like to be. Maybe they cleaned the gun but overlooked that step.
