I bought:
PSA AR15 Lower
Magpul MOE Mil Spec Stock
Magpul MOE Handguard
for $100.

Obviously, I want to build an AR.
I guess the first order of business would be to get a lower receiver parts kit?
or buffer tube assembly?
After doing research, because my technical knowledge of the AR-15 is somewhat limited. Help me start my research, please?

Are all lower receiver kits for AR the same?

All basically the same if they advertise a GI or USGI style trigger. Differences are in quality, and are not visible to the eye (mostly) but can be felt during and after assembly.

My favorite LPK is the G&R Tactical model, which will run about $90 with a trigger group (they offer it without the trigger group also). A very close runner up would be Daniel Defense, which tends to run around $80, and Spike's Tactical is pretty good for $65 or so. Armalite is a good deal if you want their 2-stage trigger, as $120 includes that trigger and LPK (most other 2-stage triggers run $120+ for the trigger alone).

Check out AIM Surplus and DSG Arms for the others. The Armalite is ordered directly from armalite.com for the best price. I have not used the Palmetto LPK but it is probably fine also.

You will need a mil-spec buffer tube, receiver plate, castle nut, carbine spring and your choice of buffer. Complete kits are often available and likely around $50-100 depending on quality and buffer model.

DSG has great deals for the buffer, buffer spring, tube, end plate, castle nut, along with MOE stock, pistol grip, and handguard all for around $100. They've got other deals too, I agree with Z-Michigan, you should check them out.
