The steel will be an improvement over D2

I've been lax in my knife purchase of late. What do you think of AR-RPM9 that's been growing in use on the $50-$100 Chinese made folders?

I think the Chinese manufacturers are looking for any "edge" they can get with steels whether they just get a small improvement or not. Certainly works for some American manufacturers.
