Ar15 lpk with two stage trigger cost difference

I'm looking at lower parts kits and most don't call out if the trigger is single stage or two stage so I'm assuming they are single stage.

RRA, charges roughly double for a 2 stage trigger in a parts kit, are there more parts? I don't understand how the cost doubles.

Can someone clue me in?

Different sources, different pricing.

The basic LPK is mass-produced, and with probably small QC.

The RR 2-stage trigger is made in smaller lots, and each one is likely given close QC to ensure specs.

An LPK with a RR 2-stage is definitely worth a LOT more than the basic LPK with the "place-holder" trigger.

The additional price is for added quality, not more parts.

The RRA two stage has a poor track record for durability. If they are charging more, it certainly isn't for better quality

I put in a Giesselle two-stage that cost more than the rest of the lower and parts combined.

Well, I suppose I can't say either way, because I've never actually used one. How 'bout this... The RRA 2-stage triggers are priced higher because they're marketed as a higher quality product than the 'standard' trigger, not because there are more parts. Fair enough?

I will say that the CMC trigger I'm currently using is outstanding. But, so far, I've only used it to light off off a few hundred rounds. So, I can't comment on it's long term durability either...

My RRA two stage trigger crapped out in fairly short order. It started doubling, so I junked it.
