Ar15 parts. What will we still be able to buy?

So if the assault rifle ban comes back what stuff will still be legal to buy? Will it simply be complete rifles and lower receivers that get banned? Will stuff like upper receivers, bcg, lower parts kits, barrels and stocks still be legal?
