Are Amnesty Brace Registrations Proceeding During the Lawsuits?

Does anyone know if the amnesty brace registrations are proceeding, or have they been put on hold by the lawsuits?

Sent two in on May 12th that quickly went "submitted in process" and I got the pdf cover letters and mailed in home-rolled print cards that arrived before the ten day deadline according to USPS tracking. Have heard nothing since.

My two were submitted 3/29. One was approved earlier in May, before the lawsuits, the second was approved earlier this month, after the lawsuits. I assume it is business as usual, since no injunctions have been granted.
