The mecgar 20's are great. They have an extended floorplate that blends with the pistol frame.
Excellent function, not too bulky like the silly 30rd mags.
Every 92FS owner should have at least one.
I have the Mec-Gar 18 rounders for my 92FS and they seriously work better than the OEM mags the gun came with. Easier to load, smoother in and out of the gun, and absolutely flawless in execution.
No experience yet with the 20 rounder, but I plan to buy one soon!
mec-gar supplies magazines to many of the firearm manufacturers, including beretta. if you buy mec-gar, chances are it's the exact same thing as factory with their brand logo on it. if it'd a plus capacity magazine, it's the same thing with either a longer tube or a good working extended base plate.
I bought a CX4 only after discovering the Mec-Gar 20s. They are fantastic. They keep a low profile and are very smooth and reliable. They will deploy with me next time around.

The Mec-Gar 20-round mags actually look like they were designed for use with the CX-4 when compared with the ugly OE Beretta 20-round magazines with sleeves.
Personally, I think the 18-round Mec-Gar is a better value at $25 vs. $30 for a 20-round. You may want to check out Greg Cotes pricing. He provides excellent customer service and competitive pricing.
Glad to see Botach's prices went back down. They raised prices on everything during the rush earlier this year, so I found Widener's. Glad the market is back to normal.
Mec Gar magazines are the best. If you break them, they will replace them. If they don't work right, they will replace them. It doesn't happen often, but they are mechanical devices.
I have tried other aftermarket companies magazines and I have not had good luck with their function. I believe some of those other companies will do the same as far as replacement.
Mec Gar has a great reputation for a reason. I use Mec Gar 20 round magazines for S&W & they work great (as well as the 17 & 15 & 10 round magazines.)
I don't like the recent Mec-Gar's with the plastic floorplates and followers, but for the most part they still seem to work well, though some have reported problems with the newer magazines.
