Are there still any good deals on .223?

Well, it looks like there really is less .223 on the civillian market. The best I've been able to find is around $200/case. Can anyone recommend a source of good .223 for less than that? I'd prefer Winchester, IMI, etc., but would like to stay away from the steel cased stuff.
