SB 1382, as amended in the House, would classify ammunition and firearms related businesses as “essential” during a state of emergency and strengthen protections against frivolous lawsuits. It is expected to be scheduled for a Senate Final Read vote on Monday, May 3rd.

If you have not yet contacted your Arizona Senator urging them to support the final passage of SB 1382 we have prepared an e-mail for you to send. You may send it as is or customize it with your own comments.
