I currently have a DPMS DCM for service rifle matches but I also own a Double Star Receiver that will be mated with an SSK upper in .300 Whisper after the 8-12mo wait.
Hello,
My first AR has a Fulton Armory forged lower, A Rock River A2 upper (I like irons) a Lewis machine (milspec) 20 inch barrel. A DPMS trigger and parts kit. I don't know what everything else is. It is a hodgepodge mish mosh bunch of parts. The A2 stock was picked up off the floor at my local gun shop. It is scratched and ugly. It was even complete with a fine talcum powder like tan sand I had to clean out. I call it my B****** rifle because it has no father. $700 total and the only used part was the stock. I used the money I saved to buy some good glass-A Leopold VX III 4.5-14x40. The scope does look a little funny on top of that A2, but it works and the rifle kills groundhogs and it killed one farel dog. I built it as a coyote rifle. The most impressive shot I have taken with it was killing a snapping turtle in my grandfather's pond. He was having trouble with it killing his neighbor's ducks. He wanted to save the shell. I waited for the turtle to surface and shot him in the head at 50 yards. I was happy with the shot from a parts gun. This was my first build and I have moved on to my next- Armalite upper, 20 inch Armalite stainless barrel, A4 upper Armalite gas block, Unknown trigger and parts kit, Spikes Tachtical lower, A2 stock. I am calling it B****** II-The unholy sequel .
I got 1 Tactical Innovations T15BDX AR built with a GG&G 16" upper, free float handguards. CAA 6 position Collapsible buttstock.
I also have 1 Tactical Innovations T15Forged AR built with a Rock River Arms flat top with free float quad rail hand guards too. (16") Magpul PRS Stock
This particular lower is also shared with a 24" Bohica 50 Cal BMG upper with fluted barrel.
