Some folks get it. They've been carrying in church for 8 years. Weird pic, but at least she has her finger off the trigger.

Members of Mpls. church carry guns to service

MINNEAPOLIS - A sanctuary meant for solace can also be a den for danger. And that's why staff at Real Believers Faith Center in north Minneapolis say they carry guns. Several men and women provide security for the pastor, his wife, and other members of the congregation.
"We have to be aware that people don't discriminate. Even if a sign says 'don't bring guns or guns are banned' criminals are not going to follow the law," security guard DeAngelo Parker said. "That is why they are called criminals."
Larry Cook, who is pastor at the church, says he implemented the security team eight years ago after someone threatened to harm one of his members. Cook did not say how many people make up the security team at his north Minneapolis church. He says all members of the security team have a license and training to have guns.
