So, a friend of mine want to know what this is worth. I haven't been following the market since ASM was in business, but i thought you guys might have a good idea. Supposedly, it's never been fired.

So, what would you guys say this is worth in todays market?

Thanks, Dd

It's a nice looking revolver, appears comparable to a pietta or uberti. Those go for about 400 dollars new, so that's about the value I would place on your pistol.

Thanks for the replies. I told him 150-200; so perhaps i wasn't far off base.

I have 3 ASM b/p revolvers and 2 are excellent and well fitted, the 3rd required some work to get right. The 2 that are fine were distributed by CVA and apparently looked over by the distributer. Most any 45 revolver in very good condition should get at least $300, but as said the limited availability of parts and no standardization in the imports means if something breaks, it may be very expensive if not at all possible to replace parts. I would still venture $200 to $250 for such a gun.
