@JTHunter While a good thing, this post violates many Best Practices for Legal.
1. It's a Drive-by.
2. It covers a topic already posted elsewhere in depth.
3. It does not include (nor cite) the actual language of the decision
These are all important as the case is not fully decided yet. It may very well get appealed, and/or the stay modified. Since we do not have the language of the ruling, we cannot debate such things except as an exercise in hearsay or personal opinion--neither of which are best suited to Legal.
Please do not take offense ere the Mods either close this, or move it elsewhere.
