ATF is supposed to update their processing times every 90 days per the Office of Management & Budget.
I've sent them at least three emails requesting the reason why they haven't updated since September 30th, 2021. Never received a response.
Today they updated:
Current Processing Times as of June 30, 2022 https://www.atf.gov/resource-center/current-processing-times
Understand this doesn't mean if you file a form today, it will be approved in the time frame as shown.
Depending on the volume of paper forms and eforms submitted the average processing time may be faster or slower.
But, but, but Tom........its supposed to be 90 day approvals for eForms!
ATF never said that. They did state that their goal was 90 day approvals. (its at the end of their Youtube tutorial on eForm 4's)
