Attempt to circumvent 2nd Amendment: Possibility or hoax?

...Treaties can supercede states' rights, but they cannot be used to rewrite fundamental rights of the US Constitution. The 2nd Amendment as defined by the Heller Decision made gun ownership a fundamental individual right. This "warning" is hyperbolic BS...
