Do a search on how to tweak the programming on your RCBS but only if you're really brave and a whizz at that stuff. Be your own hacker in a good way.

I just saw - you can get a Chargemaster 1500 for $232 on Amazon's Prime Day sale (gotta be a Prime member) and, likely expires today.

Well, if you live near a "going down" Gander Mountain, you might also want to check there to see if they have any left.. I saw the 1500 on sale at one near me for $214 last weekend. There were 2 on the shelf at that time...

Yes sir ants, I would not be without my check weight set. It is nice to see a scale come up with the proper number of the check weight. It is a good confident builder. I still trust my balance beam scale the most out of all the varieties of measurement devices I have. As far as electronic scales, my Gem Pro 250 is by far the most repeatable and accurate unit I've owned.

This is my calibration test weight Set,

I already have one - picked it up a couple of years ago. It works great.
Thanks for the consideration.

If you do that write down or take a video going through all of the parameters before changing any of them.

You cannot reset back to default and all the "trick/upgrade" parameters I tried didn't make them run any better and in some cases made them just about useless.

I say YOU collect the data yourself because they have put different "stuff" into the same plastic box and if there are different parameters for them, the wrong ones are just as useless as none at all.
