RCBS chargemaster lite tube not turning

Has anyone had this malfunction on a chargemaster lite? It tries to dispense powder but the tube doesn’t spin. It’s acting like the tube is disconnected from whatever the drive motor is. (I can hear the motor going, but the tube doesn’t spin to dispense powder.) I tried gently pushing it in a little deeper, but didn’t want to force it for fear of breaking something. I’ve emailed RCBS and am awaiting a response, but figured I’d ask here in case someone has experienced it. I don’t want to start disassembling it until I’ve conversed with RCBS.

There was a thread in the last week or so where someone had to take theirs apart and clean it up, same problem. Small grain powder had leaked inside and gummed things up. I have not had that problem with mine so I don't know whats involved in cleaning one up.
