Average gunsmith prices

Is it possible to find out an average price or "ballpark" price for 1911 work? I have seen prices listed in Brownells catalog but I wasn't sure how current they are.

The work would be:

1) Replace original issue sights and install Trijicon or Meprolight sights.
2) Install non- ramped barrel and throat for HP's (if necessary).
3) Tighten slide and/or frame.

Ted and crew slipped my mind Sean, good call. I saw some of their work at Shot! along with Chuck and Don's and the rest of the LTW crew. I don't think anyone could go wrong with any of these fellows.
