Recently broke the decapping pin on my .223 die. Sent RCBS an email saying i bent it, and asked how to get a new one (or two)... They replied saying they'd ship one out for me for FREE. Couple days later it showed up.....

Except this is what I got.

5 Decapping pins, along with a new Decapping unit with a pin installed! Cant beat that service!

Agree , customer service is second to none.
Last week I inquired about how to keep my primer catcher secured to my press (over the years, press was born in 1977 it had become loose) , four days later a new catcher was on my doorstep ,,,,, no charge.

Can't beat that now can ya?........:)

During a move, I lost some parts for my RockChucker 2 and the power cord for my Rangemaster. I called RCBS, told them what happened and that it was my fault the parts were lost. I asked them how to purchase replacement parts and the cost.

They sent me all the parts free.

Great company, superb service.

RCBS customer service is "2nd to NONE". Always served me well and at NO cost ( replacement parts), GREEN for me.

I just went through the same thing and RCBS has some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I will be buying a new single stage press and I will probably buy one from them because of the customer service.
