HB 2394 would prohibit the state of Arizona and its political subdivisions from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with any tax, levy, fee or stamp imposed on firearms, firearm accessories or ammunition not common to all other goods and services.

HB 2332 would require school districts and charter schools to provide public school students in grades 6 through 12 with one or more training sessions in firearms safety in an age-appropriate manner. It also requires schools to notify the parents of any student who will receive training at least two weeks before the training is provided and must allow parents to opt the student out of the training.
