baby desert eagle ii semi compact 9mm set screws for LPA rear fixed sight

I'm trying to find a pair of the Allen head set screws, which screw down through the rear sight into the dimples in the dovetail cut in the slide. I have one of the screws but, would like to have both I haven't checked locally yet because I'm not sure if they are special type being for a firearm and they are pretty tiny. Any help finding them would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Have you called Magnum Research? If you can't get them there, hardware stores often have a drawer of those things in various sizes in the nuts and bolts section.

In my experience, these small set screws are standard sizes and threads. They may be metric however. Take your sample to a bolt specialty store and match it up.

I believe they are 6-40....lemme check tomorrow tho i have a few of those lpa sights.

That's a mighty generous offer, I'll go to a couple local places today and see if I can match the one that I have now but if no luck, I'll probably take you up on your offer by pm and I would gladly pay you for them. anyway, I'll let you know one way or the other. Thanks very much!

Just checked dosent look like the screws are 6-40 or 4-40 ill be looking for stuff today in town so ill see if i can match them up with anything.
