Barnes Load Needed

I picked up some 7mm Barnes XLC 160 gr to try and work up a load for my cousins gun, Does anyone have the Barnes book, they didn't have it locally.

I need their load info for 7mm 160 gr XLC and RL 22.

Thank you gentlemen, I hate to order the book for this one load and then not have it work well in his rifle.
