EVERY single barrel made is straightened (read BENT ) at some point in the production. This goes for all barrels, rifle and shotgun. They are ALL bent straight as a final operation before finishing, and then only so that the finish is not damaged otherwise it would be the last operation before it shipped.
Bending a shotgun barrel to adjust point of impact AFTER the final fitting of the shotgun to the shooter is perfectly normal, acceptable and even recommended!! Just make sure it fits before bending the barrel/s.
If your barrel will not hold a bend have it cryo treated and then bend it again. It will be nearly certain to hold the bend then. VERY few barrels will not hold a bend as they came from the factory and the barrel that changes POI with heat did it before the bending was done, bending will not change the heat related bending of a barrel.
