yes, but you are not likely to shoot any of 'em out.
the 270 will probably last the longest. not sure about 243 or 7 rem mag - they both burn relatively large amounts of powder for their bore diameter. 7 rem mag will probably burn out before the 243, if you count number of shots. if you are counting number of years, 243 will probably go first because you are likely to put more shots downrange w/ it, and you are more likely to heat the bore, and worst of all, more likely to shoot it while the barrel is hot.
i wouldn't pick one of these chamberings based on barrel life. and, if you do burn a barrel out, just have a new one put on. if you are shooting factory loads, you will have far, far, far more money stuck into ammo alone than you would multiple barrels.
