So, it turns out the batteries in the shake-awake Romeo Zero sight on my 365X last right at 650 days.
Ok, that's a thing.
So, I search for batteries in the house.
AAA through D: Covered.
123 batteries: Check (4 out of a six-pack, no less)
1620 batteries for the S&W dot sight: Check
Even spares for the Holosuns.
The 1632 for the Romeo Zero?
Not a trace. [sailor language]
Luckily, I was headed to the store, and Kroger has them, nine bucks each. Sigh.
There's virtually no electrical difference between the "coin" batteries, only the form factors of their dimensions.
Life would be a lot simpler if "they" would pick a size and stick to it. Then, I could buy in bulk and not have to drop the price of two dozen eggs for the "convenience" shopping for one.
Ok, rant over.[/rant]
