I have one complete BCA carbine and two BCA uppers on PSA lowers. No problems with mine either.

I also recommend BCA as good kit, but I have seen a few uppers with a loose barrel nut. This issue was with 5.56 uppers in the post COVID panic buying time, and all I've seen since were perfect. For the price, I consider the assembly as a bonus, I usually can't buy the parts as cheap as their uppers.

I know of a couple that are great. My best friend has a shorty that started great but then started failing to feed. He sent it back and they replaced it in a week. It's been perfect ever since. I'd buy from them if I was in the market.

They frequently have good sales, bought a 7.62x39 ar from them last month for 349. Got one in 5.56 the month before.

I have brought a few things through them and have had no problems. I have a 450bm upper thats had no problems on a PSA lower. I picked up a spare bcg to go with it and it appears just fine. I also replaced a barrel on one of my AR15s with one of theirs. It's stainless steel and shoots with good accuracy at 100yards(as far as I've tested it). The rifling looks fine to.
